REMOVE Space
Sometimes your notebooks get a little "spacey". Either by deleting some content, moving content around or just because you've been a little careless in keeping things tight you may occasionally find that you have one page of notes on three pages of OneNote. So...how do you tighten that up?
Interestingly enough, did you know that the Insert Space tool can also be used to REMOVE space? Yep, it can.
On the Ribbon click the Insert tab and select "Insert Space". Then go down to just above the notes that you want to move UP - filling the white space in between - and when you see the Insert Space line, just drag UP.
Normally you use the Insert Space line to move the notes below the line down...but by doing this you can move the notes below, UP. Tres suave.
side of the screen? Click the "Dock" icon on the View tab of the
ribbon or on the QAT. Want to move it to a different side of the
screen? Just drag and drop!
